Today, 18th September 2025, is the day to cast your votes for your favorite candidate. From 12:00 pm, the voting process will start and end at 4:00 pm. You can use your mobile phone and/or laptop to access the links. Registration to become a member will be closed during the voting time. Here is a step-by-step process on how to do that.
- Log in to this link by entering your username and password that you registered. https://koicaalumnitanzania.or.tz/my-account
- After logging in, navigate to the website’s menu and select “Publication and Data”. There, you will find a dropdown menu with a link to the “KOAT Forum”. Or you can click this link to visit it directly –> https://koicaalumnitanzania.or.tz/koat-forum
- From the forum, you will see a category named “Voting Area”, click on a thread titled “Voting”, and inside you will see threads for different Posts.
- Click on a Particular Thread Post, and you will see the names of different candidates.
- Click on the name of your favorite candidate. Once it has been selected, down below you will see a button named “Vote”. Click on that button, and you will be done with voting for that post. You will also see a percentage indicating how many votes a candidate has after completing your voting.
- Go back and repeat the same process for the other candidates’ posts.
- After casting your vote, you can not reselect for that same post.
- The voting process will end at 4 pm, and the results will be shared afterwards
